"Building a global SaaS business from New Zealand."

Mike will speak about building a global SaaS (Software as a Service) business from New Zealand. He'll cover the trials and successes of Sonar6's journey from two people in a leaky room with an idea in 2004 through to Sonar6 today with customers around the globe. Mike will cover a bunch of things: getting everyone focusing on user experience, developing a unique culture, building a great team of New Zealanders, tackling the US and his favorite scone recipe. This informal, practical session will provide ideas and advice on how to grow your revenues or execute an exit strategy.

AGENDA - Register on arrival at 5.30pm, and Network with like minded guests from within the software industry.  A cash bar will be available, and following registration and general networking, introductions will commence. Along with brief introductions around the room,  we are introducing a "showcase" feature to our evenings. Put your name forward, as this is your chance to briefly announce your recent wins and showcase NZ innovations and Company successes!
